When another agent claims it, you'll get an email with their name and contact information.
After posting, this post cannot be edited. If changes are needed, remove and repost, or reach out to the hosting agent directly. If there are special requirements such as a gate code to relay to the hosting agent, please make sure to reach out to them directly.

It is required to submit your coming soon listing to the private portal prior to submitting. Return after it has been submitted.
Each date will be posted separately, with its own removal code.
The posting shows up on the board right away. Agents just won't be able to propose a date outside this window. Once the end date passes, the posting is automatically taken down the same way any other listing expires.

- If you are doing your open house Saturday and Sunday, door knock one to two days before.
- If applicable, have these things ready so you can discuss the market intelligently:
- MLS sheet
- Seller-approved property details
- Upgrades / improvements list
- Utility information, if available
- Survey / floor plan, if appropriate
- HOA information
- School / neighborhood information
- Comparable listings

- Sign-in sheet, plus extras just in case
- Chairs and a table if the house is vacant
- Broom, paper towels and wipes to clean
- Bottled water
- Individually wrapped snacks

- Subtle air freshening, only if the seller approves
- Bluetooth speaker for low background music
- Phone charger or power bank
- Tape
